The girls wrestling team traveled to the highland invite and made a good showing today. Wrestling the JV side, Mya Major placed first, Emma Nelson placed second and Mayim Barishman placed 3rd. Wrestling varsity, Arianna LaTourette placed 4th, Damani Edgington wrestled hard and fought her way back to wrestle in the championship match of the consolation bracket. Paris Stupar and Zareiah Turner wrestled strong but did not place. With only 4 varsity wrestlers, the team was able to place 18th out of 26 teams. The girls will travel to Portage High School on Wednesday 11/19.
