The Michigan City High School Girls Cross Country team competed at the New Prairie Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, September 20th. At the largest high school sporting event in Indiana, the Wolves experienced a one hour lightning delay before beginning their race. The Wolves were led by Junior Lucy Murphy. The number two runner for MC was Mia Brown with a PR of over a minute with a time of 25:51. MCXC will next compete at the 43rd Annual Culver Academies Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, September 27th.
